Our Story
Noble Fat is a female-owned, family-operated café serving thoughtfully sourced matcha from small farms in Japan. What began at Chicago’s farmers markets is now a welcoming neighborhood café, offering comforting matcha rituals and Pan-Asian–inspired dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Rooted in care, quality, and community, we invite you to slow down and savor.

We bring vibrant flavors to your local farmers' market. Our matcha is thoughtfully sourced and whisked to order and is served hot or iced with seasonal specials. Alongside our drinks, we offer comforting Filipino favorites made from scratch, highlighting bold, savory, and sweet flavors.
