Whisking Guide:
We recommend experiencing matcha in its purest form — simply with water
1. Sift 2 matcha
2. Add 60mL of hot water at around 70C
3. Whisk vigorously for 15-20 seconds in an “M” shape until frothy
4. Add 180mL of hot / iced water
